PAYMENT
I’mperfect offers the Client the following payment methods:
Bank transfer (in this case, the client must send a copy of the bank transfer to the email: financeiro@imperfect.pt, indicating the order number).
The payment to be made by the Client will consist of the value of the ordered products, plus any applicable shipping costs.
The ordered products will only be dispatched after payment is received and confirmed.
I’mperfect will make every effort to ensure maximum confidentiality and security of data transmitted over the internet.

PRICES
The prices of the products are understood to be in euros, inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, as well as shipping and delivery costs, except for special transportation and delivery requests.
Additional transportation, delivery, and postal charges may be due, as well as any other costs that cannot be reasonably calculated before the date of the contract.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
I’mperfect reserves the right to inform the user within 72 hours of receiving the order about the unavailability of any ordered item. After informing the user of this unavailability, the contract is considered automatically terminated concerning the unavailable item, ensuring that the user will not incur any costs due to the cancellation of the order regarding the unavailable item.
