Havay Motel is one of the oldest and most emblematic motels in Greater Porto. Known for its history and the iconic character of its suites, Havay remains a reference in the intimate tourism segment, combining comfort, privacy, and a striking visual identity.
IM-PERFECT was responsible for a complete creative revamp of its digital presence, focusing on repositioning on social media and creating a visually consistent, provocative, and educational feed capable of strengthening brand awareness and attracting new generations.
Challenge
To rejuvenate the image of a local icon without losing Havay’s authenticity and DNA. The goal was to create a modern, sensual, and informative visual and verbal language, balancing desire, humor, and sexual education in an elegant way.
It was also necessary to build a coherent visual narrative that integrated the product (the suites), complementary services (such as the sex shop and erotic items), and the lifestyle associated with the brand.
What we did
– Digital rebranding: updating the tone of voice and visual aesthetics on social media, with colours, typography and visual language aligned with the current positioning.
– Editorial planning: structuring the content calendar, defining fixed pillars around sex education, promotions, sex shop products and suite presentations.
– Visual content production: capturing image and video for Reels and stories, showcasing rooms, experiences and sensory details.
– Creative direction: developing a balanced feed between provocation, lightness and information, with posts that spark curiosity and generate conversation.
– Copywriting: short, seductive and accessible texts that keep Havay’s voice alive and close to its audience.
Creative concept
The communication strategy was built around a key idea: “pleasure with intelligence and attitude”.
Each post explores a different facet of the brand:
– Sensual content that explores desire, freedom and humour;
– Educational content that demystifies taboos around sexuality, pleasure and self-care;
– Commercial content focused on presenting the suites and the toys available in the sex shop;
– Brand content that reinforces the emotional connection and Havay’s longevity as a reference in the sector.
The result is a dynamic and provocative feed, where aesthetics, narrative and strategy coexist fluidly, turning Instagram into an extension of the motel’s sensory experience.
