Our People – Giving a Face to Traditional Retail
In a context where local businesses face pressure from major supermarkets and digital platforms, our challenge was to create a campaign that humanized and highlighted the unique value of traditional shops operating under the A Nossa Loja brand. The mission was clear: to show that traditional retail thrives on people, stories, and relationships unlike large retail chains that focus solely on numbers.
Our Approach
To meet this challenge, IM-PERFECT conceived, produced, and launched the first season of the documentary series “Our People” 5 carefully crafted episodes giving visibility to the real stories of local shopkeepers. From naming and strategic planning to storytelling, audiovisual production, and digital communication, every detail was designed to reflect the care, authenticity, and closeness that only traditional commerce can offer.
With a visual language that is warm, modern, and emotionally resonant, we captured the essence of local trade and shared it with the public, generating genuine identification and a strong sense of community.
Results
The series not only significantly increased the visibility of the A Nossa Loja brand but also boosted engagement and interaction on social media leading to strong growth in views, likes, and positive comments. It proved the power of authentic storytelling in strengthening local brands.
